The UK’s Best Workplace Awards are considered the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards. The Awards presentation celebrated organisations who deliver excellence in people management and engagement, and honoured more than 100 organisations who had been awarded the coveted Best Workplace status.
Independently assessed through a rigorous and unique process, those on the list had proven they had cultivated a workplace culture built on trust and engagement, supported by innovative people management practices.

In 2017, winners of the UK’s Best Workplaces Awards stepped back into the Roaring Twenties at a splendid evening hosted by all round brilliant comedian Alexander Armstrong. The evening embraced the nouveau riche, fantastic class and all things gorgeous. Guests were treated to all that made the Gatsby era one to remember, including fun, flash, gin rickeys and casino entertainment.
The winners of the 2016 UK’s Best Workplaces Awards were announced at a carnivale awards ceremony at Westminster’s Park Plaza, London. The Awards, held in April 2016, were a fiesta celebrating the 100 organisations on the 2016 rankings. Winners sambaed to the stage to collect their trophy from the host, Hugh Dennis, before hitting the dance floor and shaking a tail feather or two!
The 2015 Awards were a show-stopping evening of celebration and cheer hosted by television news personality Huw Edwards. Tom O’Byrne, CEO of Great Place to Work® said: “The 1940’s cinema themed event was an outstanding success, with a more than 800 people gathered to hear where their organisation had been ranked.
